You can call us anytime while at sea (we have watch around the clock when sailing:-) The satellite phone may occasionally be out of battery and is normally switched off when ashore. We are not charged for receiving calls. The rate for calling from a fixed line in Norway (i.e. not mobile phone) was approx. NOK 30 (approx. USD 5) as of December 1, 2007. Contact your service provider for updated rates. If you are requested to leave a message, don’t! We can’t afford to call the voicemail… Try again later.
 
E-mail: You can also send a message to our satellite phone (free to send and receive). It is always nice to hear from you when we're out at sea:-) And it is very simple, just fill out the form with our sat tel number (without the plus sign), your e-mail reply address and remember to type your name in the message so that we know who you are.
